Question 1

Do unused plan credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Plan credits are valid for the billing period they come with. Any credits you don't use by the end of the period expire.

Question 2

Are annual bonus credits different from regular monthly credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Bonus credits are added to your regular monthly plan credits and work the same way — same models, same features. They don't get a separate expiry window: unused plan credits (base + bonus) expire at the end of that month's billing period.

Question 3

Why choose an annual plan?

Accepted Answer

Annual plans offer a lower price per credit — up to about 45% off the regular monthly price. You pay once for the year with no automatic renewal, so it's the best value if you create regularly.

Question 4

How long are top-up credit packages valid?

Accepted Answer

Top-up credit packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can use them any time within that year.

Question 5

How does upgrading my plan work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you pay the full price of the new plan. Your unused credits are carried over automatically and stay valid in your new plan, so you don't lose anything.

Question 6

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no activation fees, no service fees, no surprises.

Question 7

Will my plan renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Each plan is a one-time payment. We will not automatically charge you again when it ends. To continue with paid features after that, purchase a new plan manually.

Question 8

How can I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at contact@pixlu.ai within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed against our Refund and Fraud Policy.
